Women's Winter Rest & Nourishment

Welcome sisters! This four week course is an invitation to come home to yourself, an invitation to rest. This time at the beginning of the new year & before the spring an be a difficult time for many. But there are lots of lessons we can learn from what's happening around us in nature, as the Earth rests.

 

As a small group we'll be nesting deep into the belly of winter and embracing the medicine of hibernation. We'll honour the outer seasonal cycles as well as your own inner cycle through yoga movement, mudra, breath, and yoga nidra (yogic sleep). These practices will help you to sleep, find light in the darker days, and harness your body's own cyclical wisdom. 


This course is welcoming to women at any life stage, whether you are pregnant or journeying through menopause. 
The course cost is inclusive of​ materials, weekly emails & recordings of some of the practices​ ​we do together.
