At present I teach twice a week, while I focus on other offerings.
Mondays 07:45 - 08:45 Slow Flow Yoga - a wake up to your week. A class which uses the Pavanmukatasana sequence as a foundation for a postures and flow, which are respectful of the cycles of your body, the moon and year.
Thursdays 20:00 - 21:00 Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra. This class starts with half an hour of restorative postures supported by blankets and cushions, and is followed by Yoga Nidra. Nidra is a meditative practice usually done lying down with the support of props to support the body in a place of comfort and effortlessness. It is a magical practice which can help relieve stress, encourage imagination, assist sleep, and deeply restore.
