I run a number of small group courses in the centre of Sheffield. These classes usually fit with school term dates, and are kept to small group sizes of no more than 8.
Classes are 90 minutes, and use a combination of movement, meditation, storytelling, poetry, and yoga nidra to share a yoga practice which is in tune with the cyclical nature of the seasons and your own body.
Time is taken each week to check-in with everyone in the group, so that the energy of the collective can help inform and shape the journey of the class that day.
