I run a number of small group courses in the centre of Sheffield. These classes usually run to fit with school term dates, and are kept to small group sizes of no more than 8.
In these classes we explore a set of movements - a sequence - which evolves throughout the course, building on our practice week by week. The time is taken to listen to how each person is feeling that week, and you will learn how to adapt your practice according to the natural, cyclical nature of your own self.
Classes are 75 minutes, each class ends with a 20 minute yoga nidra (yogic sleep) where the invitation is to rest.
