New Year Dream Sharing Circle

Welcome everyone. This two hour get together is an opportunity to share in a little movement, reflect on the year that has just passed, and get dreaming for the year ahead!
In our time together we'll start with the full Pavanmukatasana sequence, for liberating the winds of the body, and use music to get ourselves moving. Then we'll use a mixture of journalling and blurt writing exercises, with the intention of articulating some of our heart-felt desires and wishes for the year ahead. We'll finish with yoga nidra, hoping to integrate the threads of our daydreaming into our subconcious.
There will also be an opportunity for you to share a small part of what you have written with the group, if you want to have it witnessed by others.
The cost for this evening together is £12.
